Picture This – More Birthday {GIVEAWAYS}!

Blog Birthday GiveawayYou all know that we live in a wee little village in rural Ireland. We love it. It’s quaint, green, lush. The people are incredible and you can’t beat the tea!

While life there is not perfect, it certainly is an adventure. One of the many blessings we’ve been given while living there is the opportunity to pursue our creative sides. My hubby started learning about photography a few years ago, though he’s always been interested since having a shutter-bug father himself.

Well, you guys, he’s seriously talented. His eye for detail and beauty is astounding – especially since he’s such a manly stud! The creative side in him is inspiring. He is graciously offering an 8×12 print of one of his best photos from our time here in the states. The columbine is the state flower of Colorado. I had never seen one in person before until we went to a little town called Ouray a couple of weeks ago. Wow.

  1. Hello, I’m not sure if this is the right place to leave my blog comment for the giveaway? But I thought I would try. 🙂 My dream vacation place would have to be somewhere kid friendly, I have four little boys! Maybe Hawaii for the beaches and all of the fun outdoor activities. Or maybe even Disney World!! 🙂

  2. I just read your post on Better Mom. I decided to leave my comment here.
No, you are not alone I have a terrible time sticking to a routine when the kids are home – They are my “human alarm clock” and even then it’s still hard to get out of bed. I fell a lot of guilt over this. Guilt is not one bit helpful. Thank you for your 5 reminders.

Thanks for coming by and taking the time to comment! I’ve decided guilt is from the devil. 🙂 There is a difference between conviction and guilt. I also believe when we young babies who still wake in the night, we need to give ourselves some grace and the rest we need. However, my kiddos are a little older (the youngest is 2) and we are all happier when I get up first – even though I hate it every morning. Haha!!
